Cartomisers and Tanks differ from the older atomizers by combining the E-liquid chamber and atomiser into a single unit for ease of use and economy. Simply a tank to store e liquid , with an Atomiser (located at the top or bottom) that has wicks to draw e liquid from the tank to the atomizer which vaporizes the e liquid.
